Delivery Timeframes
- Beds, Headboards, and Mattresses are currently being delivered within an estimated 5–10 working days.
- Wardrobes are made to order with an estimated delivery of 7–9 weeks. However, several wardrobes are in stock for delivery within 7–10 working days.
Please note: All deliveries are to the ground floor of the property.
Delivery Charges
FREE Delivery applies to orders within Mainland GB, including Scotland, excluding the following postcodes: KY, DD, AB, PA, KA, TR, PL, TQ, EX, SA. Please contact us for deliveries to these postcodes. Delivery to Scotland may take longer than estimated.
We are currently unable to deliver to the following locations:
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
- Scottish Islands
- Channel Islands
- GY, HS, IM, IV, PA, JE, KW, PH, ZE

Booking In
It is very important you provide your best contact telephone number and email address to ensure we can communicate effectively. Failing to do so may delay your order or delivery.
We will book you in via email or telephone up to 3 days before delivery. You’ll receive another notification up to 24 hours prior with a 4-hour delivery window.
If you're unable to take delivery on the provided date, we will reschedule to the next available delivery date.
Missed Delivery
If your delivery has been booked with our logistics team and you miss it, a £60 re-delivery fee will apply for the first item and £10 for each additional item.
Assembly Service
- Fixed assembly cost: £80 for bed frames and divan bed sets, £60 for divan bases.
- Packaging disposal is not included in the assembly service.

Please ensure:
- You measure both your room and access areas prior to ordering.
- Any old beds or wardrobes are dismantled and removed from the room of choice.
- Our team will not disassemble existing furniture.
- We do not currently remove old beds or mattresses.
We are currently unable to offer assembly services to the following areas: Norfolk, Suffolk, Sussex, Hampshire, Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, Scotland, Wales.
