The accompanying assembly instructions would benefit from larger, clearer, and more precisely drawn diagrams. The generic digital photographs (ie not necessarily of the ordered Ottoman footer and header design), would also be more helpful if they were initially zoomed-out and then zoomed-in, as it was sometimes guesswork as to whereabouts the picture was indicating, as well as what was top or bottom, left or right-hand sides. There were a mix of Allen Key and Flathead screwdriver bolts, being unclear as to which were to be used where, whether they were both provided simply for choice, or as a generic batch - some bolts were longer and a couple were left over without any known purpose other than being spares or for a different setup.
So in all, other than for the assembly instructions, everything was brilliant and positive.
